Love Yourself Unconditionally and Heal Your Life-Criticism Article

Love Yourself Unconditionally
and Heal your Life

Tiffany Michelle Miller 7/30/2010
The healing starts from within.
It is my goal to share with you, all of the wonderful techniques and information I have learned over the course of the last two years about health and well-being. I began my journey with several health problems as well as a faithless view of myself. I was the victim of low self -esteem, chronic pain, suffering relationships, and was basically a mess. I refused to believe that my shattering world would become my fate. I am in the wonderful process of healing my life. I have many more steps to take to be complete. In the meantime, I will freely post what I have learned in hopes that it can help even one person.

20 Healthy snacks that your child will actually eat
As the mother of a picky eater, I'm always looking for ways to keep my son interested in healthy food. I have discovered that if food is "fun" to make, looks cool, or is just really tasty, children don't mind so much that sugar is absent in their snacks. I must add that my son has been raised on a normal western diet for the majority of his life, and still occasionally eats sugary garbage. But I'm finding that the more we prepare healthful natural snacks, the more he actually prefers to eat that way! He has a "one a day" allowance in which he is able to eat anything he desires, and lately he has chose sweet potato "fries" cucumber slices, or bananas and yogurt for his treat. I have to say, I never realized how much it would warm my heart to see him making wise food choices!

Milk-It Does A Body Harm

Your entire life, you've probably been told to drink your milk. You've been told that milk is good for you, natural, and that you need it for strong bones. But is this true?
You'd be surprised to know that most human beings on the planet do not drink milk. Cow's milk which is most popular in the United States is intended for baby cows, not humans. Besides supporting cruelty to animals (which is a concern of mine) drinking milk is actually harmful to humans.
To be safe, you may consider eliminating milk and dairy from your diet altogether. This may sound odd to those who were taught that milk is part of the basic food groups, but I'm going to give you reasons that may change your mind.
